The Flemish-Dutch independent music magazine
Gonzo (circus)
says this about Europ Europ's contribution to their compilation
Mind the Gap #119:
"The illustrious Norwegian duo Europ Europ does not give much away about
their background. They create a singular reality of sound, somewhere
between minimal music and abstract dirges. On 'Much More Ordinary' the
rhythm stems from repetition (by means of loops) of industrial
sounds, distorted vocals and the panicky nattering of an analogue
synthesizer that is disembowelled alive."
